We’ve been in your area

We’ve been carrying out Halloween patrols in your area today. Thank you to the members of the community we spoke to.

What a spooktacular evening it has been! PCSOs Rygielski and Thompson have been out on dedicated Halloween patrols across Atherstone, Dordon, and Polesworth, helping to ensure everyone enjoyed a safe and enjoyable Halloween.

We were delighted to see so many residents, families, and young people who were truly dressed to impress, with some fantastic costumes on display throughout the evening! Whilst out and about, we also spoke with many members of our community, offering advice and support to those who chose not to participate in Halloween festivities and ensuring everyone felt respected and safe in their own homes.

The eerie fog rolling across the area certainly added an extra touch of Halloween magic, making for a wonderfully spooky atmosphere as we engaged with residents throughout the evening. A huge thank you to everyone who stopped for a chat, shared a smile, and helped make this year's Halloween such a positive community event. It has been fantastic to see such great engagement from people of all ages across our villages and towns.

Have a safe and enjoyable Halloween! Atherstone Safer Neighbourhood Team
